Work Order Request

Work Order Requests (non emergency) are designed to improve the campus community.  Keeping the buildings and grounds clean, neat, and functioning properly is not the easiest task.   Facilities Management asks that you would let us know when something may not be working properly or just needs an extra cleaning.  For this we have developed a work order request system.  If you see something that needs maintenance or cleaning we would like a request to be submitted.  This will ensure that it gets done.  Any employee of the University of Minnesota, Crookston may request a work order.

Work Orders are completed based on the priority and availability of employees.  All chargeable work order requests must be approved by the proper supervisor within the requestors department.  Facilities management will determine the priory, and assign it to an employee.  Facilities Management reserves the right to refuse any work order request.

Cost involved work orders.  Depending on the work order and location, there may be cost involved.  If so the requestor will be cross charged or billed, with exceptions of Residential Life and Dining Services in which all parts will be cross charged.
