Liberal Education Requirements

Program Electives

Consumer Services Settings Area of Emphasis

Applied experiences in consumer services provide students with professional skills in labor force management and consumer service. Settings include for-profit organizations in customer relations, consumer satisfaction, and organization communications, as well as community nonprofit and governmental human-services in education, health, productivity, and general welfare of human populations in diverse ecological contexts.

Applied experiences in industrial settings provide students with professional skills in labor force management and in addressing problems concerning labor relations, training and development, and quality management systems.
