Hospitality Association Members Attend Upper Midwest Hospitality Show

Ken Myers, Associate Professor of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, was a presenter at the Midwest Association of Hospitality Educators (MAHE) Conference, February 23-25, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. His presentation was titled "The Technology of the Professional Recipe Manager (PRM)."
