Early Childhood Carnival Set for November 28

Members of UMC’s Early Childhood Club will host their fourth annual Early Childhood Fall Carnival on Tuesday, November 28, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Bede Ballroom.  The theme is “Fall 2000 Olympic Games.”  Students have planned fifteen different concurrent “activity stations” where children can take part in hands-on learning and activities.  Information about each activity will be posted at each station for parents.

The carnival is open to children of UMC students, faculty, and staff and to families in the Crookston community.  The event is appropriate for age levels ranging from six months to age 8.  An affordable child-friendly meal will be available for a small donation.

The Early Childhood Club is comprised of students who are majoring in Early Childhood Education at UMC.  For more information, contact Connie Camrud at UMC’s Early Childhood Development Center, 218-281-8285.
