Singer Jude Kastle to Perform at UMC April 28

Singer-songwriter Jude Kastle will perform at the University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) on Monday, April 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the student lounge in Sahlstrom Conference Center.

Jude Kastle

Kastle recently released her debut album “Ghost of a Girl,” and has been touring the Midwest to support it.

Based out of New York City, Kastle mixes the cinematic images and raw pulse of Manhattan's lower east side with a warm southern soulfulness that comes from her upbringing in Atlanta, Georgia .  Kastle continues to receive praise for her songwriting, voice, mesmerizing performances and versatility as she alternates on stage between acoustic and electric guitars. Her songwriting is emotionally raw and her performance is totally captivating. "I live to perform," says Kastle. "When I'm not performing I don't feel totally whole."
