University of Minnesota, Crookston WordmarkPublisher Fair Set for April 30 at UMC

The UMC Bookstore and the Technology Working Group is cosponsoring a publisher fair on Thursday, April 30. A group of publisher representatives will be on campus to demonstrate, in particular, computer software and CD ROM instructional materials. The publisher representatives will discuss and demonstrate materials they have available in Bede Lounge from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The entire UMC community--students, faculty, and staff--is invited to attend.

The following publishers have made plans to attend:

1. St Martin's Press, Bedford, Freeman, Worth, VHPS (UMC student Scott Wagner will demostrate some text materials)

2. Jim Ertl representating Harcourt Brace, HoltReinhart, Saunders, Dryden Press

3. Dan Suckert representating International Thomson Publishing

4. Kevin Carlson representating Addison Wesley, Longman, Benjamin Cummings

5. Roxanne Woods representating Allyn & Bacon, Simon & Schuster Higher Ed Group
