Graduate Credit Education Course Offered at UMC July 26-30

Expanding Parent, Community and School Partnerships is the title of a three graduate credit course offered at the University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC), July 26-30. The course will be delivered to Crookston from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute for Public Affairs on the Minneapolis Campus. The class will meet in Room 133 Kiehle, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The goal of the course is to help participants expand and improve the relationship between school, parents, and the broader community. K-12 teachers, parents, and others involved in education are encouraged to enroll. Course content is based on six years of extensive research conducted by the Center For School Change at the Humphrey Institute.
