India Mystica: A Journey Through the Mystique of India with Deeptha Reddy will kick off the University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) 1999 Seminar Series on Monday, March 8.
Reddy, a UMC student from India, will relate her experiences in India.
The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with an ethnic dinner for $8, followed by a 7:00 p.m. program in Sahlstrom Conference Center. The dinner is by reservation only.
Each dinner in the International Seminar includes special ethnic recipes from the featured country, according to Mario Prada, director of International and Multicultural Programs at UMC and coordinator of the International Series.
