NAB Accredited for Path to Nursing Home Administrator Licensure

Our Health Management program meets the requirements and is approved by the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators (BENHA) in Minnesota and the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB).  NAB accreditation, UMN Crookston also meets the standards for the Healthcare Service Executive (HSE) status. Upon completion of the degree, UMN Crookston graduates are HSE eligible and qualified to take the state and national examinations for licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota and other states. If students have completed a bachelor’s or graduate degree and are interested in licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota, UMN Crookston annually offers all classes required for licensure online.
